In this module, you will recognize what a labor market is, and how does the workplace in the 21st century looks like. Afterwards we will move to the broad concept of self-marketing, its definition and importance for your career.
This, will be followed by a series of steps and practices that teaches you how to self-market yourself through various tools; starting with identifying your strengths, then preparing your resume and cover letter, then we look into the importance of social media for reflecting your skills and knowledge particularly LinkedIn, and the last step is building your network.
At the end of this module we will discuss the Personal Development Plan and how to develop it.
